“I started in 2016 to cross train for rugby and other seasonal sports. I fell in love with striking and ended up sticking with it ever since, and evidently dropped my other sports in my adult life. I like how good of a workout I get doing Martial Arts. How much the mind, body connection it takes; focus and hard work all at once. Supporting other fighters at Skoden and being a part of a young Gym growing, also seeing people grow into better athletes is the best part of it for me.”
