“I started Jiu Jitsu at the young age of 39, after years of finding every excuse not to start training. When I finally committed to training I kicked myself for not starting earlier in life! 

Jiu Jitsu has given me immeasurable benefits. Fitness and conditioning aside, Jiu Jitsu teaches humility, camaraderie, and the ability to persevere through very difficult situations. I believe these skills translate outside the gym as well. If we can teach kids that they can get through something that is hard to do, and be better because of it, then we are teaching kids that they can accomplish anything in life that they commit to working hard for.”
